Lifesign MD is a web and telephone based prevention and intervention
management system for healthcare providers and their patients.
This system includes:
- an HIV risk screening questionnaire that allows health professionals to screen patients
for HIV risk behaviors;
- health professional and patient reports addressing the identified risk factors;
- patient management and data reporting features for the health professional and;
- educational modules for the health professional on HIV-related topics.
